Technology is almost never the problem. The real problem is that it rarely translates into what the business cares about: profitability, risk mitigation, or time saved. That is where I come in: I take charge of a company’s technology, infrastructure, security, data, artificial intelligence and the processes that hold it together, and leave it serving the business, not the other way around.
The result is an operation that runs steadier, costs less to keep up, and has room to innovate, in the hands of a team that no longer depends on me. I am a Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect and Professional Cloud Security Engineer, with master’s degrees in DevOps and Cloud Computing and in Artificial Intelligence applied to business, plus an MBA. Today I do that work through my own consultancy.
I founded it to do one thing well: understand the business and the people before touching the technology. With my team, we look for the precise solution for each need. I invite you to see what we do on our website.
It came out of one of the many business models I wrote, answering a specific question: what venture I could build for my parents. The coffee came on its own; it's what we love, and it's been my hobby for more than 5 years. I buy directly from the farm, and every microlot is published with its origin and cupping profile. Today I run it and keep building it, but they were the inspiration.
